The Human Resources Department has to calculate the tax deducted, additions made to the gross salary, PF, and many more. Also, HR has to calculate the salaries and bonuses added to the gross pay of an employee. The Human Resources team needs to look after the company’s payroll and rules.

If you are an HR or applying for the role of HR, you need to keep updating the Laws and policies of the company as the primary responsibility of HR. Employee Relation is very Important, you must know the people you are working with because its affect the Atmosphere and surroundings if Employees work with negative staff.

If you are writing contracts or implementing new policies, it is HR’s job to ensure the organization is following the norms and processes.
