However, he or she is responsible for the Scrum method and the scrum team’s effectiveness. The Product Owner, not the Scrum Master, is in charge of making any choices on the work’s scope. Scrum is fairly simple to learn, yet it might be difficult to put into practice.
While the Scrum Guide provides detailed instructions for implementing Scrum, practically every participant in my training programmes admits that they do not follow Scrum exactly as it is written. The team's ability to stay focused on the tasks that need to be completed during each iteration is one of the Scrum Master's primary responsibilities, and for this, any distractions and potential obstacles must be removed. This is crucial, especially if the team members find it difficult to eliminate the obstacles on their own. For instance, the Scrum Master can collaborate with meeting planners to reduce the number of attendees for each meeting if team members are being required to attend too many meaningless meetings that prevent them from moving on with their work.
