This is crucial, especially if the team members find it difficult to eliminate the obstacles on their own. For instance, the Scrum Master can collaborate with meeting planners to reduce the number of attendees for each meeting if team members are being required to attend too many meaningless meetings that prevent them from moving on with their work.
