1. Introduction
Welcome to OnFoni, an on-demand online consultancy platform owned and managed by Ollida Technology Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the OnFoni mobile applications (Android, iOS) or web platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the OnFoni platform.
2. Platform Overview
OnFoni enables users to connect instantly with human consultants and AI assistants across various categories such as lifestyle, business, personal growth, and more.
The platform facilitates online consultations through chat, voice, or video, and allows secure payments through integrated wallet and payment gateways.
OnFoni acts solely as a technology intermediary, providing the platform for users and consultants to interact. We do not employ or endorse any consultant directly.
3. Account Registration
- Users must register using their mobile number and OTP verification.
- You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- OnFoni reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or involves fraudulent activity.
4. Wallet and Payments
- OnFoni provides an in-app wallet feature for users to add balance and make payments for consultations.
- All payments are securely processed via PayU or other authorized payment gateways.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-interest-bearing.
- In case of failed transactions, refunds will be processed automatically or within 5–7 working days via the same payment method.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Users may request a refund in cases where the consultant fails to join or provide the booked consultation.
- Refunds will be issued only for unused or incomplete sessions at OnFoni’s discretion.
- Once a consultation is completed, no refund will be applicable.
- All refund requests should be raised within 48 hours by contacting support@onfoni.com.
6. Consultant Responsibilities
- Consultants on OnFoni are independent service providers.
- They must provide genuine, lawful, and ethical consultancy services within their area of expertise.
- Consultants are prohibited from sharing personal contact details, engaging in off-platform communication, or soliciting users for payments outside OnFoni.
- OnFoni is not responsible for the advice, opinions, or actions of any consultant.
7. User Conduct
By using OnFoni, you agree:
- Not to misuse the platform for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Not to record, share, or publish any consultation content without consent.
- Not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to the platform or interfere with its operations.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, text, and content on OnFoni are the intellectual property of Ollida Technology Pvt. Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent from the company.
9. Limitation of Liability
- OnFoni provides the platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any consultancy provided through the platform.
- Ollida Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ollida Technology Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the OnFoni platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to other users or consultants.
You may also deactivate your account at any time by contacting support@onfoni.com.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
13. Updates to These Terms
OnFoni reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Revised terms will be effective once posted on the app or website with an updated “Effective Date.”
