Request Account and Data Deletion

We value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data.

If you wish to delete your OnFoni account and all associated information, please follow one of the options below.

Option 1 – Delete Account from the App

You can delete your account directly from within the OnFoni app:

  1. Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  2. Confirm your request.
  3. Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–10 business days.

This process ensures that your personal data, including your profile details, contact information, chat history, and wallet balance, are securely removed from our systems.

Option 2 – Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the OnFoni app or prefer to request deletion manually, you can contact our support team:

Please send your request using the same email address registered with your OnFoni account.

Include the subject line: “Delete My OnFoni Account.”

Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 7–10 business days.

Data Deletion Scope

Once your account is deleted:

  • All personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, wallet balance, and consultation logs) will be permanently removed.
  • Some minimal data may be retained for legal, security, or financial compliance (e.g., completed transactions) as required by law.
  • Retained data, if any, will be securely stored and automatically purged after the mandatory retention period.
